Harley
Illustration
This is a self portrait of myself as Harley Quinn. While she is certainly no role model, I do enjoy many of her characteristics such as her interest in psychology and her strong sense of freedom.

About my process: I draw based off of digital references taken by myself via photoshop or illustrator.

Short Comic
Illustration
Finding the fun in small moments. This short is about the emotional pain my friend goes through every time I pluck his eyebrows.
A combination of things I love. Indigo blue, rainy days, and finding joy in small things. I was thinking of my Mexican heritage while carving this.

About the process: Printing press. Original drawing gets carved out of wood and is then painted and pressed onto paper.
Rain Dancer
Painting
Reminiscent of my poker days.
Still life, Acrylic paint on wood.
Night Out
Day of the dead
Creative director & MUA
The day of the dead shoot was Jesse Knafla's idea. My part was to put together the elements handed to me in a fashionable way, pose, direct and even do makeup for this particular shoot.
Collaboration with Photographer Jesse Knafla.
Don't tell me what to do
Photography
Before I got into photography I was a model. It seemed like everywhere I turned a photographer wanted me to pose nude and dance around in some sort of powder- a current photographer fad.
I had never been interested in posing nude but I did enjoy reversing the roles and having a male photographer pose nude for me.
Photoshop Illustration
In my spare time I often draw characters from shows that I enjoy watching. This is Sabrina from the new Netflix series 'The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina'

Self portrait
I felt compelled to wrap up 2018 with a self portrait in order to properly say goodbye. 2018 held many challenges and I'm glad to say I've made it through the worst.
